Rolling Components utilizes the most state-of-the-art inspection and test equipment available to assure that all products produced by Rolling Components meet or exceed our customer’s most exacting specifications.

Climate Controlled Metrology

We have micron measurement capabilities. Our final measurements and tests are performed in a climate-controlled room to ensure accuracy of all readings. All measuring and test equipment used for verification of products is calibrated using calibration standards traceable to the National Institute of Standards & Technology (NIST).  Appropriate calibration periods are defined for each piece of test and measurement equipment.  Calibration certificates are maintained.  The calibration status of measuring equipment is identified with calibration stickers.  Our equipment is well maintained and its placement and uses are controlled.

 

We perform Incoming,In Process and Final Inspection.
